You prove that in which part of India micro-irrigation reduced ET in India, you conduct basin-wide/watershed-wide studies of water budget with micro-irrigation and show how much water was saved by your game changer technology. Show energy crisis in India does not exist and that micro-irrigation isn't dependent on it. The declining landholding data/per hectare cost of micro-irrigation are facts of the government itself. Check the references properly and make comments. Finally, I suggest you to visit Shiggaon LIS which was considered as model micro-irrigation project until we witnessed that farmers have thrown out sprinkler outlets from their fields.
