Ground water mining is being resorted in India and Pakistan due to which , as per NASA monitoring report , 54% decrease in ground water has been observed. Indus water system ( life line for Pakistan ) is also over stressed due to ground water mining , which is are criminal practices to manage ground water . I am sure IGWC-2017, will address this issue of ground water mining practices in the region
