I attended the COP 22 in Marrakech. I've seen no proposal for treatment of wastewater treatment plant.  Many people have talked about the problem of water but not a solution. A representative of the end bottom of Africa told me be concerned by what is happening in the region. This under means that even in very remote areas of industrialized societies the rejection of wastewater becomes an issue.
