  1. I attended the COP 22 in Marrakech. I've seen no proposal for treatment of wastewater treatment plant.  Many people have talked about the problem of water but not a solution. A representative of the end bottom of Africa told me be concerned by what is happening in the region. This under means that even in very remote areas of industrialized societies the rejection of wastewater becomes an issue.

  2.  It's the same here in France. The market economy is in the hands of an intelligentia so far from the real concerns of people's lives that it is grotesque.

All wastewater from France are polluted by chemicals can microphones. Management systems of sewage that have no efficacy in treatment reject all its pollution in natural water settings. Economic and biological ecological disaster worldwide.

    1. Every person has a right to raise his/ her voice for improvements and force the governments to adopt corrective steps to solve the problems for the satisfaction of the masses. Now a days governments and financial institutions of the world are pro rich and pro inflential people. World wide movements are necessary to force the governments to adopt right path. I have done some work to force Govt of Rajasthan ( India) to save water resources , as recommendations of the committee chaired by me  , have been accepted by the state govt. and govt. orders were issued in year 2011 for implementation of the recommendations after Rajasthan High Court directed the sate govt to do so. It you wish , I can send my paper discussing the problems and solutions and court orders.

  3. Ministry of water Resources and its main organization Central Water Commission do not wish to accept the opinion of others people (Indian or foreigners).  I do not hope any significant improvement in water resources sector in India, when MoWR and CWC are responsible for inefficiency, encouraging institutional corruption, very high unreasonable cost of projects, wrong design of dams and canal systems, anti water logging measures and inaccurate technical knowledge in water sector. MoWR and CWC wish to clean Ganga without any fresh water flow in lean period in Ganga and its tributaries like Yamuna. MoWR have advisors who do not have proper basic knowledge on topics for which they are appointed.
