Ministry of water Resources and its main organization Central Water Commission do not wish to accept the opinion of others people (Indian or foreigners). I do not hope any significant improvement in water resources sector in India, when MoWR and CWC are responsible for inefficiency, encouraging institutional corruption, very high unreasonable cost of projects, wrong design of dams and canal systems, anti water logging measures and inaccurate technical knowledge in water sector. MoWR and CWC wish to clean Ganga without any fresh water flow in lean period in Ganga and its tributaries like Yamuna. MoWR have advisors who do not have proper basic knowledge on topics for which they are appointed.
