This system should be everywhere in India. Also a reliable weather forecasting and broadcasting system should be designed and implemented for the farmers, to plan their crop safety. What about improving canal systems in all the riparian states which receives Cauvery river water ? The sowing of high water consuming crops must be regulated by law, for which Govt of India- law ministry must prepare proposals, like it has done for opium sowing.
