No one should comment in a haste for such a massive and ambitious project. No doubt, Bangladesh must seek cooperation from Indian Govt. and expert for detailed investigation, feasibility, planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance of such a massive project. Certainly, constructing such a Barrage will affect the Indian side. Therefore, India must be considered as a stake holder for this project.
