Dear India Water Week 2013 attendees, During the week I am looking for attendees to discuss the challenges of delivering water treatment in rural communities. I am interested in what circumstances high tech water treatment becomes viable and legitimate, and in what circumstances alternative solutions can be used - such as open well chlorination.
