Hello Kadareswar, rainfall is free water that we contaminate twice, first when it hits the urban environment and secondly when it enters either open drains or stormwater infrastructure. ARI have developed the technology to capture 95% of the physical waste and filter the water to 63micron (1/8th the size of a grain of sand) meaning this water is now viable as a future water source in combination with other technologies.
This requires stormwater infrastructure Pit and Pipe! When you have that we can assist.
In the mean time we have an application for open drains that we can also assist with.
Hope this helps. www.ariwater.com

Many thanks craig. Actually my non profit works with rural and tribal communities in India, where we can try out different solutions. Perhaps you are talking about Rain Water harvesting ( roof top), which can be done with household with flat roofs and household with fionancial capacity. Secondly in Urban areas the design of rain water run offs through chanells have structural inefficiencies that always get dilluted with waste water, solid and liquid wastes. Thirdly there is no preservation of the ground run off water. everything goes to the rives, rivulates along with sewage water. There need a system of liquid wate treatment, solid waste treatment and rain water harvesting at each household/ each housing complex,/ each multistoried buildinds in urban areas. civic awareness, planning, demonstrations are required . Your inputs, experience, expertise will help us a lot . We will be communicating further. We appreciate your inspiring feed back. Thanks. Kedar darbar4@rediffmail.com +919437940304
