I have more than 36 years of wide and diversified experience in the field of Water Supply, Sewerage and Sewage Treatment Plant, River Pollution Abatement and Environmental Management projects under Central/State/ World Bank. DFID,ADB assistance Programme .I have retired from the highest post of my active professional career i.e. Engineer in Chief cum Special Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department,Govt,. of Bihar. I have done Ph.D., M.Tech.( Environmental Engineering) ,B.E(Civil) from reputed national and international institutions.
