About

Binod is irresistible optimistic person working to  place  India into comity of developed nation by way of creating Livelihood solutions for   development deficit sectors.  Currently working with ABLE ( an association of Biotech led enterprises  in Delhi)  he is trying to converge all  external processes  for creation of the ecosystem for marginalised section of society and farmers by providing them Right to technology . He has a diverse educational background from  Science to  Public Administration with a  strong grassroots and institutional experience in Development Extension. He is deft  in financial literacy, Microfinance and associated with International network of financial literacy(INFE anchored by OECD-Reserve Bank of India).Travelled widely across globe  he has addressed  major multilateral conferences of   UNDP ,FAO and Responsible Business forum. Agribusiness, Rural Marketing, Strategy for grassroots organisation, creating policies for SME clusters development and rural livelihood systems. With 20 years of working in development sector Binod has worked with Govt. of India, MORD, and a sizable number of reputed organisation in social as well as in corporate sector. As an incubator of civil society and Rural Start ups  Binod is  pro bono associated with Confederation of NGOs of Rural India, an incubator of civil society ( 7000 NGOs member)   as Member Secretary . He is also  editing  “Voices of Rural India” a journal founded by prominent Socialist leader Late Dr. Mohan Dharia, formerly Deputy Chairman of erstwhile Planning commission. Working for the livelihood solution to the marginalised masses has always been his top priority throughout. With the aim to create a voice of unheard he has also  confederated 62 Prominent National Farmers organisation on one platform as Rashtriya Kisan Mahashangha which works on twin goal of liberating farmers from all debts and creating provision for optimal price of farm produce by linking them to national and international Market. He has been awarded as man of eminence from the Government of Rajasthan in 2006 for  his contribution towards Agro-forestry  and watershed management .Binod  is fellow of CHAI, A premier organisation with all prominent Agicultural university VC’s as member and  creating policy for linking farmers to Market and  crop- diversification through horticulture .
