As we know ​that this is ​the era of ​smart city with ​smart solutions ​& the Indian ​government ​trying to ​developing ​Indian cities ​in smarter way. ​So, i am trying to ​search, "what ​is the best & ​economical way ​of municipal ​waste water ​treatment?" And which Indian city municipal water tretamnet is most advance in term of technology? Any one knows?

  1. In India there is no audio setup, which can be called innovative, ie eye-catching as the technology, processing speed, method of treatment and their cost. While none of the Indian companies did not use ( I hope think) INNOVATIVE technology, and the most regrettable that no interest to her. Of real interest is only one request send to the address of presentation. It is unfortunate, but a fact.

    1- A person defecates in a latrine connected to an excrements storage tank.

    2- A truck emptying excrements from the storage tank .

    3- Vacuum truck transports the excrements to a STEP sewage plant.

    4- The same excrements input of the WWTP find themselves on the output of the STEP and composting stream.

    5- The same excrements are scattered on the floor of sewage farms.

    Synthesis.

    The current infrastructure pass to the place of excrements defecation to the place of storage on tarps in expectation of a possible palliative treatment: Weather, rain and wind, which disperse in the environment, spreading in agricultural land. Urinary pollution was rejected as it is in the closest natural hydraulic medium. Nowhere appears a trace of any effective treatment of their reduction, elimination.

    This principe is only the management of droppings which closely looks like the configuration of defecation in the open air .

    Conclusion.

    The grouping of excrements should be banned, it is an ecological, economic and biological disaster.

    1. With pleasure read Your letter and that's how YOU defend the advantages of Your company , its efficiency. But let me ask you, how do You react to the fact that a plus to Your economy 100 million euros without complex capital cost to add another 65 million euros. ??? But it's real. My dad made me a puzzle in which we had to connect four dots with three straight lines to make a closed figure. This task helps in many ways, including in water treatment. You are all the time trying to improve the biological cleaning method - change approach , use another method and You get. If not, please contact us - we have six years of work applying it when cleaning ALL types of drains. And quite successfully.

  6. this is how people learn.  new technologies are explored, tried and improved.  technologies compete in the market place and thus to win and survive, technologies have to use less resources to do a superior job.    like what, Steve Jobs said, "when people first come across a problem, the initial solution would be complex and multi step.  and for many people, that would be fine.  But when you peel away the many layers of the onion, you will find an elegant solution. "  so in as in computers, that once started as massive arrays of refrigerator size devices and are now a multifunction phone, thus will be waste water.  

  7. There are different types of technologies in cities for wastewater treatment but frankly most of them do not work as discharge consent guidelines for wastewater are not met. 

    India is a low energy consuming country and therefore wastewater technology that is adopted here should keep this in mind. I am running a company in India based on MAST Technology wastewater treatment technology that uses miniscule levels of energy. The technology allows O&M expenses to be offset by a constant stream of revenue. 

    We have proposed to one of the leading municipalities in India to allow us to set up the MAST Technology wastewater treatment system for one of the sewage treatment plants either as a new plant or an upgrade of an existing plant. We are ready to invest our own money for the CAPEX as well as the OPEX for a period of 15-20 years. 

    We are awaiting for the approvals.

  8. municipal wastewater treatment is very conservative sciense . and improvments are only at the edges. it is like the motoric world . the ford Tmodel have 4 wheels an1 stering wheel , same as today mercedes s class . you shouls stick with same steps as traditional  CAS ,SBR or MBR that taking the lead around the world . you haveready systems or design your own .CB-20K-ISO-3.png

    It's nice that you're interested in a more cost-effective technology to clean wastewater in urban India.
    Technology in the world a lot - but they repeat taken from nature and the conviction of the metal.
     
    We have developed a technology for cleaning of various kinds of waste water prmenyaya only physical processes that were not previously applied for water purification. As a result - we have the technology to clean with power consumption of 0.7 kW per 1m3 of treated sewage, which is three times less than for biological treatment. Dimensions of equipment reduced five times !!!!! No need for aeration tanks or clarifiers, microorganisms coercive methods to work whole cleaning process takes place in the unit of 1 350 mm x 250 mm.
     
    If there is a better and cost-effective technology - hats off and kneel.

  10. While some enzyme and microbial solutions are being suggested, they work inefficiently and slowly in municipal waste water drains. If our product NUALGI Nano Bio technology based nutrients mixture is added to the drains insitu and to the aeration tanks in STPs,  wastewater would be remediated rapidly (within 8 weeks) because it augments free oxygen in the drains through photosynthesis by diatoms. It can be used in fast or slow flowing rivers/canals/drains or even static ponds and lakes.  The product is absolutely safe and promotes aquatic life. In Lodhi garden lake fish population increased from 1500 to 200,000 in 6 weeks. The product is low cost solution. The effluent parameters are  well within CPCB standards, the organic sludge at the bottom which is the most difficult to remove also gets reduced. No foul smell and no mosquitoes within weeks.   11. nothing will be cheaper and better than Biocleaner.  you can just use ponds with short HRT,

    no need for sludge handling.  no odor .  save a lot of electricity and it takes you to Title 22.  ammonia, nitrogen and phosphorus.   very easy to commission.
