Scarcity of water resources in Rajasthan and willful wastage of water in Rajasthan

Rajasthan is wasting its precious water, irrigable land and public money through seepage drains, Bio drainage & unreasonable water allowance of more than 3 cusec per 1000 acre. Instead it must reduce supply of water in water logged areas to solve the problem of water logging. The construction / maintenance of Seepage drains and Bio Drainage must be banned by law. The seepage drains should be levelled and bio drainage removed, if we are serious to stop wastage of water.
