I believe our chief Minister Vasundhara Raje is really serous about water conservation. But she should also know that the Ram Gargh dam of state capital Jaipur is empty since more than ten years continuously. Village ponds and natural water ways are disappearing due to construction activities and mining activities. The money is not the sole reason reason of continuously decreasing water resources in Rajasthan. Until and unless the reasons are searched out why the water resources are disappearing and continuously decreasing, the solution of water problems in Rajasthan is doubtful.
