Update authority and duties of Environmental Protection Specialist of Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) 1-Give Technical Assistance to operators during inspections. 2-Bring handouts for operators. 3-Duties for EPS should be for short time Environmental Protection Specialist/Sewage Treatment Plant Trainer (STPT) 4-Short follow up one month if possible. 5-Prioritize inspections never assume. 6-Allowing operators to be trained during inspections rather than going over inspection report before EPS leaves or report sent by mail should help operators do a better job.
Good luck,

Dear IWP Members.
It appears that NGT has started fixing responsibility on all non deliveries by ULBs nation wide.
Fines are being levied. Will this trend turn around accontability from ULBs who are not upto standards.
At best in the tail-end of all Municipal STPs suggest have natural remediation practices happening naturally 24x7 all year round, in all seasons.
Can have floats with plants, and urban greens parks traffic islands Etc.. to get irrigated and provide greens too..
HRT for each STP is also increased. All this works when there is power break down and varied reasons.
Well wishes.
