I just wonder why the Govt of Maharastra is making the people fool by river dredging operations on such a large scale and why the water resources engineers and geologist are not opposing such wastage of money by the Govt. Why the subject matter specialist in Maharashtra and Karnataka are silent ? do they fear the Govt power ? or do not wish to poke their nose to avoid conflict with the Govt.
