It is good news that Israel has offered assistance. No doubt, they are good in many areas and water recycling and management has been their forte since decades. I had a chance to visit such plants while I was studying Environmental Management at Galilee International Management Institute. My only concern would be it should be a real joint venture for technology and execution and not only business. Do I need to tell that Israelis has strong business sense and main interest.
