In the context of the initiative “Blueprint for Water Accounting in India” of the India-EU Water Partnership, several workshops have been held so far and three topics are aimed to be addressed in detail: Water Quality, Water Efficiency Indicators and Cost Recovery Ratios. At the 4th meeting, “the task force on cost recovery was asked to develop an initial concept note on cost recovery principles across sectors, in coordination with NIPFP and OECD.”
